About the Role
Humanizzed is looking for a talented HR enthusiast to join our super modern team. The incumbent will support HUMANIZZED's team with daily tasks which may include the below requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Responsible for execution of end-to-end recruitment process for our global sites
Apply suitable and effective sourcing strategies and tools
Schedule calls and interviews
Develop a diverse pipeline of high-quality talent and manage full-cycle recruiting for roles at all levels across various partner companies
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Provide administrative support to ensure timely follow-ups
Assist HR team in realization of daily tasks and ongoing duties
Required qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
Ability to understand and explain job requirements, including for IT roles
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
Ability to work with various companies and independently with minimal supervision
Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English (Russian optional) languages both in oral and written communication
