About the Role

Our Partner company ` LA Solar Factory is seeking to hire a young professional for the role of Office Executive.


Job responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, including arranging on-site and online meetings, creating and maintaining schedules and calendars

  • Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of objectives for the organization

  • Arrange travel and accommodations for executives. Prepare expense reports

  • Screen incoming telephone calls, take and deliver accurate messages, respond to requests by gathering and providing information and referring non-routine calls to the appropriate staff

  • Draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements, board meetings, and organizations

  • Assist in preparing and managing presentations and decks

  • Be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls, with contact outside normal business hours

  • Welcome the Executive’s guests by greeting them, in person or on the phone, answering or directing inquiries

  • Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle C-Level matters

  • Conserve the Executive's time by reading, researching, collecting and analyzing information as needed, in advance

  • Act as the key liaison point for the Company outsourced partners as well as manage all paperwork with the latter by timely and accurately arranging the required actions, such as filling of documentation, responding to enquiries, providing essential data, etc.


Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of work experience preferably in a dynamic work environment

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office system programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, erPoint, etc.) and ability to work with them

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to provide high quality customer service

  • Detail-oriented person with ability to work accurately on the tasks

  • Constant desire to learn and overcome challenges

  • Ability to work with confidential information and good knowledge of information use and storage features

  • Time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and deliver results under tight deadlines

  • Experience in problem solving, as well as strong analytical skills

  • Ability to work in a team

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, as well as above-average command of Russian and English to read professional literature and ensure further professional development

  • Maintaining strong relationships with people

  • Self-disciplined, self-motivated, proactive individual with high emotional intelligence

  • Business minded individual who can prioritize things and make decisions, using sound judgment and critical thinking;

  • Ability to work overtime and flexibly in certain emergency situations
