About the Role
Our Partner GoToArmenia is looking to hire a motivated “SMM Specialist”. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing company’s Social Media strategy in order to increase company’s online presence and improve company’s marketing and sales efforts.
Job Responsibilities
Manage projects’ social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Vkontakte and more)
Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily, maintaining appropriate tone of voice
Actively engage with the online community and respond to their comments, messages promptly and in a constructive way according to the KPIs set
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Distinguish content pillars that will guide the social marketing strategy
If necessary, take trips to Dilijan, Tatev for event live streaming, Reels creating, etc.
Required qualifications
Higher education in Business, Marketing or similar spheres
At least 2 years of work experience in SMM
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms
Perfect knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages
Ability to generate and edit creative trilingual content (text, image, video)
Copywriting skills and basic knowledge of at least one design tool (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.)
Good understanding of social media KPIs
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Excellent time-management skills
Creative mind and a team player
Excellent skills in story-telling and reporting
Highly responsible and extremely attentive to details.
